
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING
If your order contains a preorder, it will ship 6-8 weeks after the preorder closes, excluding holidays, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
For all other orders on the website, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping. Orders that contain preorders as well as in-stock items will ship once the preorder stock is available.
Please allow extra time for the holidays.
We are not hold responsible after orders have been picked up by their respective carrier.
U.S. Shipping
Delivery times will vary depending on the postcode the items are being sent to.
Once an item has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item.
International Shipping
Delivery times will vary depending on the country the items are being sent to.
Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item.
Bella Matthews is not responsible for any additional international custom fees. We do our best to ensure the items are marked correctly to avoid additional fees.
If you are using a shipping forwarder or other means of delivery, we are only responsible for delivery to the address listed on the order and are not responsible for what happens past its delivery there.
Due to the cost of international shipping, there will be no refunds or returns.
Delays and Missing Deliveries
We understand that sometimes things don't work out right and packages may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your package, please email brianna@authorbellamatthews.com
Bella Matthews is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
RETURNS
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
All coupon codes must be added before checking out, we are not responsible if you forget to add the code.

BOOK DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Variation in color, light, positioning, and texture of books and merchandise is normal.
Replacements are only offered if our product arrives damaged, defective, or if you are missing an item. All replacement requests must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery in order for it to be valid. (We will check your tracking number to determine the day of delivery).
If your item arrives damaged, you will be given an option to replace the item, in which case you must ship the original item to us before you receive a new one.
For damaged items, please email brianna@authorbellamatthes.com with either photos or a video showing us your book condition in order to determine if your book is eligible for a replacement within 7 days.
If your book does not have any of the damages we listed below it will not qualify for a replacement and in that case, a refund won’t be issued and an exchange of the product won’t be possible.
WHAT QUALIFIES AS DAMAGED?
● A tear/rip/cut or visible scratch on the front of the book or spine
● Residue or marks on the front or spine that cannot be removed
● Large dented or crushed corners
● More than one ripped or bent page affecting the text on the pages
DOES NOT QUALIFY AS DAMAGED
● Scratches, marks, or residue on the back of the book
● Page bleeding or unevenly sprayed edges
● White spots or scratches on sprayed edges or issues with the top or bottom edge of the book
● Creasing or folding on the top or bottom of the book spine
● Wavy pages
● Ripped or damaged blank pages
